Botanica Heritage
Once the Mt Eden offices of Carter Holt, now a city-fringe complex of luxury apartments, Botanica Heritage displays an energetic stylishness and very lovely sense of grace. Each apartment has a deck “carved out” of the building; each boasts a generous high stud and beautiful loft-style living areas, with bedrooms and bathrooms to match. Heritage features in the communal areas and the apartments themselves have been lovingly restored, while contemporary elements enrich the overall feel: this is a special project by Peddle Thorp, a sympathetic restoration with flashes of modernist brilliance that surely rewards each apartment owner with pleasure every day.
