This office space – occupied by the client as well as various community and commercial organisations – is one of the first platforms for co-working in Tauranga. It will surely spawn many more. In keeping with the area’s heritage, the building responds in a contemporary way to Tauranga Historic Village’s rural context and form. Designed for a challenging, former-swamp site, this is a highly considered building that sits lightly on the land. It is a high quality outcome which client and community should be rightly proud.
