Island Bay House Alteration
These house alterations prove that modest and thoughtful design can create magic in small spaces. The careful separation of the addition from the villa by means of a sun-filled green link-space brings simplicity and joy to good architectural space-making, and the project is resolved right down to the detail of the window sill as favourite seating place for a small boy.
