Property Brokers Building
Bold and sophisticated building masses run the length of this building, enabling a logical flow based on centralised circulation and shared rooms – and, importantly, the potential for future flexibility. The open-plan office spaces appear to be productive working environments, to which the warm and simple material palette contributes a pleasant energy. Set back from the street, the building encourages wider public interaction through the provision of a café and gardens.
