Lantern House Waiheke
Being in this house is like living in a painting. The house is texturally rich and tonally coherent throughout, thanks to the use of exotic materials such as teak floors and ceilings and herringbone tiled floors. It has a distinctly dramatic, otherworldly quality, with interiors moody with the metaphoric nuances of silhouettes and shades of black. This atmospheric quality enhances the painterly way in which we perceive the magnificent views.
