GridAKL Innovation 5A (12 Madden) and Mason Bros
Jasmax’s co-working initiative for ATEED, which involved the interior fit out of GridAKL Innovation and the Mason Bros Building, was driven by a client with a vision of nurturing emergent businesses in a distinctly non-corporate environment. The success of the co-working spaces and laneways within the Wynyard Quarter Innovation Precinct are the result of a design that carefully orchestrates the distribution of generously proportioned shared amenities. The vibrant environment promotes inter-business interactions while acknowledging the site’s industrial and nautical origins.
