This project illustrates how a clean, pristine and modern approach to the refurbishment of a derelict 1970s building can increase staff satisfaction, morale and productivity. The interior office planting extends the park-like surrounds into the interior environment, and new skylights draw natural light deep into the structure. This building is now fit for many more years of occupation.
