Sophisticated layered screens provide a dramatic and engaging transition from public to private realms on this inner-city site. Inside, the sequencing from entry lobby to first-floor living area, which culminates in outstanding city and coastal views, is seamless. The variety of outdoor living spaces, and the manner in which the external envelope has been manipulated to accentuate views, constitute an outstanding celebration of the location.
