This dynamic, elegant addition to an existing villa is centred on a highlit central living space and east-facing courtyard. The materiality and planning progressively dissolve the traditional villa into a robust concrete addition at the rear. This family home achieves both lightness and permanence with a variety of spatial experiences and beautifully articulated materials.
