Wintec House
A significant piece of Hamilton’s built history has been preserved with a care and thoughtfulness that respects the past while providing amenity to the present. The strengthening and restoration of Wintec’s 90-year old F Block has resulted in a building that is sufficiently flexible for contemporary commercial use and which is a valuable asset for the institution and the city.
