Tai Wananga, Ruakura Research Campus
An existing building has been pared back to its good bones, and repurposed as a spacious and light-filled modern learning environment. The planning is intelligent and efficient, allowing for flexible use and lively occupation. While the budget was tight, the building is animated by a generosity of spirit and an honest expression of structure and form.
