Cox's Bay House
With its stacked rectangular shapes suggestive of the bay windows and verandahs of neighbouring older houses, this building is a simple and elegant response to the challenge of a narrow site on an intimate street. Subtle and clever, well planned and scaled, the house is an adroit composition of internal and external spaces ideally suited to contemporary inner-city life.
