Roy Sexton House
A townhouse for returned Sydney-siders, this two-storey New Plymouth project was put together with great thoroughness and attention to detail, both inside and out. The spaces are arranged well around a carefully designed and skilfully realised central staircase. Special attention to features such as paving and the water feature, and the consideration given to details such as the design placement of slats and to the lighting installation, have added to the home’s appeal.
