Blenheim PAK'nSAVE
This supermarket is an exemplar of an evolving big shed typology that sets new standards of environment control. The efficient architecture has delivered this environmental control, in concert with simple and sophisticated software that allows the operators to monitor and fine-tune energy usage on this large footprint. The architectural planning and detailing of the big box is skilful and well differentiated. Natural light enhances the client experience and staff amenity areas are generous and inviting. The palette of materials acknowledges the community and place in which the building stands.
