A client with a clear vision, plus a joining of minds with her architect, has led to this spectacular collaboration. A clever layering of forms and space define the home’s public and private areas, while allowing views to the city from multiple aspects. The exquisite refinement of details and material palette demonstrate the difficult made simple. The original villa has gone and in its place is a Parisian-style apartment in the hills of Wellington.
