MC Workplace Fit-Out
This innovative workplace interior, split across multiple floors, centers on a principal atrium within the Te Aukati Building. With an expansive indoor terrarium occupying the deeper reaches of the upper floor, the central atrium appears as a clearing offering city views and connection to a lower floor holding a playfully arranged ‘café space’. Stitched together by bridges and stairs, occupiable balconies and social spaces, this fit out beautifully calibrates flexible and fixed-use environments to the tasks making up legal practice. The result, inclusive of prayer spaces, quiet zones, and a mock court space, is an environment exemplarily marrying wellbeing, creative workspace and social equity.
