Whistling Sisters
A dramatic transformation of a drab space into one of the funkier new brewery bars in Wellington, Whistling Sisters incorporates a charcuterie and fermentation lab as well as two commercial kitchens and a shiny new brewery. The bar is polished and sparkling where it counts, and bold super-graphics projected onto the walls make this the place to be. The Sisters (female) bathroom features the best lighting of any bar in town.
