Salamanca Apartments
In this project, an existing house with good bones has been used as a springboard to reach new heights in bravura design. Detailing is superb, and planning takes the quirky original building and overlays it with a new layer of history and delight. The intricate interplay of walls, colour and light contributes significantly to the crafting of a major new level of quality in Wellington residential architecture.
