This successful repurposing of an old warehouse has kick-started a wider rejuvenation in a once unloved part of town. An accomplished example of how to breath new life into old bricks, the considered interventions and confident reshaping of heritage fabric has resulted in flexible and dramatic spaces. Of particular note is the large and light-filled arrival volume, which uses robust monochromatic stairs and walkways to add a modern counterpoint to the rich traces of evident history.
