Paint the Town Blue offers the pragmatic approach of incremental densification for Aotearoa New Zealand’s public housing. This design model is clear, organised, thorough and grounded. It will be both thought-provoking and useful in creating a case study of how Bluefields might transform our public housing space. We’re excited to see where this year’s fellowship goes under the steady hand of a young architect with an impressive depth of experience in the design and maintenance of Aotearoa New Zealand’s public housing.
