MWH Office Fitout
Several years of growth in MWH’s Wellington office necessitated a reorganisation of the 3 floors they occupied. The brief required improved workspaces, a dedicated function room and the creation of a stronger identity for each division within the company. This proposal had to have the ability to be staged over several years as funding became available and at the same time minimised the disruption to staff. In conjunction with BGBB Team Architects, a solution was developed that opened up the dark mid-floor areas and created break out spaces away from work stations for staff to meet informally. Glazed openings where solid walls were required and open plan workstations were intended to encourage communication within and between divisions.
