Kai Hall Building
Kai Hall has a long history of feeding multitudes at large gatherings and now, preserved and renewed, it will have a long future. Located in a central part of Temple View Estate, this building is an example of how heritage value can be increased with simple and honest interventions. The original graffiti-etched trusses have been exposed to add visual richness and the architect has worked diligently to reverse the effects of time so that the building now resembles more closely its original condition.
