In response to the Council’s urban design objectives, this project has incorporated small tenancies as well as live-work options. Sitting comfortably between a commercial street and residential cul-de-sac, the two street frontages of the development create dynamically different conditions while maintaining the texture and grit of the neighbourhood. The proportion and feel of the apartment terraces are a highlight, as is the quality of concrete and brickwork patterning. The mews-like rear vehicle courtyard is artfully softened by overhead planters.
