Entry requirements for Te Kāhui Whaihanga premises
10 January 2022
From 10 January 2022, all staff and visitors to our National Office in Auckland and Canterbury Branch Rooms in Christchurch must be fully vaccinated.
My Vaccine Pass will be used to manage access to our National Office and Branch Rooms. This means our staff and all visitors to the National Office and/or Canterbury Branch Rooms must provide proof that they are fully vaccinated against COVID‐19.
If you plan to visit the National Office and/or Canterbury Branch Rooms, please follow the instructions displayed at the entrance to use My Vaccine Pass. If you cannot provide your My Vaccine Pass for verification, you will not be able to enter the National Office or Canterbury Branch Rooms.
Our staff and visitors must also comply with all COVID‐19 Protection Framework advice, including wearing masks, physical distancing and good hygiene. You can find more details about this advice here. If you are unwell, please stay home and seek medical advice.
We understand that some remain uncertain about vaccination, do not wish to get vaccinated, or are not able to get vaccinated for medical reasons. Through our entry requirements policy, we aim to manage the risks these choices create. If someone is not fully vaccinated, we ask that they support our policy by remaining away from our premises, and meet either via Zoom, phone, email, or at another location.
We acknowledge that the risks associated with COVID‐19, and the measures that can be taken to mitigate or eliminate those risks, may change. To adapt and remain proactive, we will review our policy regularly to ensure it reflects any new controls which become available in the future.
Thank you for your support and understanding as we implement this change in access requirements to our premises.
